Positions

Join Our Lab

We are a friendly and collaborative team working at the intersection of AI, single-cell genomics, mutational effects, and cancer research. Our goal is to understand how mutations—alone or in combination with other variants—shape cell fate, function, and disease. By integrating expressed variants with isoforms, gene expression, and cellular phenotypes, we uncover the mechanisms that drive development, cancer progression, and treatment response.

If you have computing skills, some biomedical knowledge, a strong interest in AI applications in single-cell omics, and are excited to explore novel ideas, we would love to hear from you. Opportunities include:

  1. Graduate students from GWU and Georgetown University for thesis research
  2. Volunteers, with a minimum of 6 months half-time commitment
  3. Summer interns
  4. Paid positions

For all positions, when available, announcements will be posted on this page.

Lab members are expected to participate in meetings and seminars, and to stay engaged with the latest advances in genomics, mutations, and cancer research. While schedules are flexible, we value timely progress and teamwork.
